Chief Executive Officer

An experienced administrator with over 13 years across management, procurement, negotiation, marketing and international sourcing. Michael has led complex projects for NASSIT, HRMO (EU Project), Ministry of Education (World Bank), Statistics Sierra Leone, UNDP and more. He is a strong communicator and detail-oriented leader committed to continuous improvement.

Sia Agnes Mbendefe Chakanda is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a diverse background in project coordinating, project management, business development, and executive leadership. Born in Sierra Leone and raised in the Netherlands, she brings a unique blend of global perspective and local expertise, having lived and worked across multiple countries, including Liberia and Sierra Leone. She holds an Associate Degree in Agriculture, a Bachelor’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Law.

Civil Engineer & Construction Professional

Ibrahim Cole is a Sierra Leonean Civil Engineer and Construction Professional with extensive experience in construction management, civil/structural engineering, project supervision, and infrastructure development. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, as well as a Higher National Diploma and Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering.

He has progressed through various engineering and construction management positions, including General Manager at Condi Construction Company, Senior Engineer at Centurion Engineering, Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager, Concrete/Structural Engineer, and Site Manager/Engineer. His experience covers building construction, water infrastructure, hospital projects, university facilities, telecommunications civil works, and other infrastructure projects.

His professional competencies include project management, site supervision, structural design and calculations, construction planning, preparing project schedules and budgets, working drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), resource management, reinforcement detailing, surveying, and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. He is a member of the Sierra Leone Institution of Engineers (SLIE) and is also associated with the Professional Engineers Registration Council. His technical skills include Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD Architecture, Autodesk Revit, and surveying/levelling instruments.

Moses Tarawallie – Civil Engineer & Construction Professional, MIKIS Investment & Construction Limited

Civil Engineer & Construction Professional

Moses Tarawallie is a Sierra Leonean Civil Engineer and construction professional with over 15 years of experience in civil engineering, construction supervision, project management, land surveying, and infrastructure development. He currently serves as General Manager at N’naFereh Engineering and Construction Company, where he oversees projects, operations, budgeting, quality assurance, and team management.

He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, as well as HND and OND qualifications in Building and Civil Engineering. His experience includes major infrastructure and renewable-energy projects, including the Freetown Water Quay Extension and a 6MW solar panel installation project at Newton.

Moses is skilled in project planning, AutoCAD, team leadership, design, construction supervision, and quality and safety management.
